Prime Minister Dr. Ma'een Abdulmalik stressed that a zero-tolerance policy should be established at the airports, seaports and land entries to ensure effective management and collection of revenues.
" Any corruption, negligence, mismanagement won't be tolerated any longer", he said.
His remarks came as he presided over a high-profile meeting in the temporary capital on Sunday.
The session devoted to discuss the ongoing irregularities at the seaports, airports and land entries.
The meeting has approved creating a joint committee includes representatives from the Ministries of Transport, Finance, Interior, Defense, Central Organization for Auditing and Controlling, the two organizations of National Security and Political Security.
The committee is tasked with paying field visits to the entries to inspect the work, single out the difficulties and deficiencies and get them addressed.
The senior official in charge of the aforementioned ministries and authorities were in attendance.
