Yemen denounces Niger's terrorist attack

The Republic of Yemen has strongly denounced the coward and barbaric terrorist attack, which targeted civilians in two villages, west of the country and killed and injured dozens.

In a release by the ministry of foreign affairs on Tuesday, Yemen expressed full solidarity with the government and the people of Niger in all measures it will take for protecting its security and stability.

The ministry pointed out that these criminal acts, which target civilians confirm how danger is terrorism as blatant threat requires international serious position to fight it and eradicate it.

" As we in the Republic of Yemen denounce these terrorist acts, we are well aware of blackmailing policy practiced by terrorist entities against the international community must not go unpunished and followed up by fully drying up of extremism and terrorism and financing sources," said the release.

The released expressed heartfelt condolences of the government and people of the Republic of Yemen to the government and people of Niger and families of the victims, hoping quick recovery to the injured people.
