China has condemned the blast in Yemen that killed and injured dozens of civilians in Aden Airport on Wednesday as a plane carrying the government back from Riyadh landed.
The spokesperson of China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Wang Wenbin said on Thursday that China "always opposes and condemns attacks targeting civilians and civil facilities."
He urged Yemen's officials to speed up the political settlement process and restore national peace.
The Houthi radical theocratic militia struck the airport with guided missiles turning dozens of civilians including humanitarian officials and airport workers to charred body parts.
