Head of Arab Parliament denounces recent Houthi genocide in Hodeida

The Head of Arab Parliament Adel al-Assoumi has denounced the malicious bloody massacre committed by Iran-backed Houthi militia against commercial compound in Hodeida Thursday by mortar shelling, killing and injuring a number of workers.
In a release to him on Friday, al-Assoumi confirmed that committing this terrorist crime by Houthi militia three days after similar bloody massacre in Duraihim District in Hodeida, killing and injuring dozens of civilians most of them children and women, reflects Houthi blatant challenge to all humanitarian principles and international laws.
He also confirmed solidarity and support of the parliament to the Republic of Yemen for taking any measure to deter Houthi militia's terrorism and crimes.
He called upon the international community and the Security Council to take imminent action for protecting innocent civilians of Yemeni people and making an end to Houthi militia's continuous humanitarian violations.
The Head of the Arab Parliament expressed his profound condolences to Yemeni people and families of the victims of these terrorist massacre and hoped quick recovery to the injured.
