Al-Kamal: Government pays special attention to disabled people

Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Ibtihaj al-Kamal has confirmed that the government pays special attention to the people of special needs and seeks to provide them all available services.
In a press release on the International Day of People with Disabilities on Thursday, al-Kamal praised efforts of those who help people of special needs in all provinces.
She made it clear that the exceptional conditions the country is going through have affected all public sectors, including conditions of disabled people, even though the government continues providing support to people of special needs and works with donors for increasing their support.
She pointed out that the government is committed to international accords and agreements associated with people of special needs.
She called donors and international partners to help government's efforts and finance the programs and projects of people of special needs.
