Deputy Governor of Taiz Abdul-Qawi al-Mikhlafi launched Wednesday a number of educational and health projects in Sala district.
The projects, which cost USD 400,000 are financed by Social Development Fund.
The projects included rehabilitating Faculty of Arts and schools of Annajah, Al-Kuwait, Al-Farouq.
The projects also included doing maintenance work and furnishing Al-Thawra Public Hospital, the Central Laboratory and Blood Central Laboratory in the district.
The Director of the Social Development Fund's Branch Marwan al-Maqtari made it clear that the interventions of the fund in the district reached USD 1.5 million.
