Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Nezar BaSoheib met Monday in the interim capital Aden with the UNDP's Representative in Yemen Ako Lutsma.

The session devoted to discuss the UNDP's efforts to assess the requirements of the two seaports of Aden and al-Mukalla.
Dr. BaShoeib explored the UNDP's support that is urgently needed to help improving the two harbors of Aden and al-Mukalla.

Separately, BaSoheib met with the official in charge of the programs of the Norwegian Refugees Council (NRC) in Yemen Mr. Ralf.

They discussed the NRC's projects which are being carried out in several governorates.

Dr. BaSoheib also met with the Director of Aids Delivery Organization in Yemen Ahmed al-Qorah Dhaghi. Official procedures to open an office for the organization in the temporary capital Aden was key focus of the discussions.
