Minister of Information Mua'mar al-Iryani has confirmed that the government made many concessions for making UN efforts regarding prisoners and kidnapped file successful.
Talking to Saba on Thursday, he said the negotiating delegation of the government accepted exchanging citizens kidnapped from their houses and work places with Houthi fighters arrested in warfronts, adding that the delegation exerted huge efforts for releasing all journalists, media people and activists in Houthi militia's detention cells.
He called for doubling efforts for realizing all kidnapped people and prisoners led by those included in the Security Council's resolution.
Al-Iryani directed a call to the UN and the International Commission for the Red Cross to inspect health conditions of the released people, who suffered psychological and physical disabilities over barbaric torture in Houthi militia jails, calling for swift transparent and just investigation into crimes of killing a number of prisoners in the detentions.
He praised efforts of UN envoy, his team and of the ICRC, urging all for speeding up releasing all the kidnapped people and prisoners on the bases all for all in implementation to Sweden Agreement
