Hodeida governor, ICRC discuss humanitarian interventions

HODEIDA - SABA
Governor of Hodeida al-Hassan Taher discussed Tuesday with Office Director of the International Committee for the Red Cress in Aden Abdi Ismael Isa and Director of Taiz Office Umer Khan basic needs in Hodeida.

In the meeting held in the governorate's site in Khokha district, Taher praised efforts of ICRC pointing out to exerting more efforts for covering needs of the citizens in liberated districts.

He confirmed keenness of the local authority on alleviating all difficulties facing implementation of humanitarian and health needs.

The meeting approved support to health sector in Hais district immediately and providing emergency services to citizens and displaced people as most affected district by Houthi militia's crimes.

For its part, the delegation of the international committee confirmed providing humanitarian and health projects to the province.
