Yemen Chargé d'Affairs in Beijing participates in China-Arab Trade, Investment Summit

The Chargé d'Affairs of the Yemeni Embassy in Beijing Ahmed Jaber participated today in the China-Arab Trade and Investment Summit held in southern China.
At the summit, which was attended by a number of Arab and foreign ambassadors and heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Beijing, Jaber reviewed the situation in Yemen as a result of the pointless war of the Houthi militia and the damage the war left on the infrastructure.
He expressed his aspirations for the contribution of Chinese governmental companies and private sector companies participating in the reconstruction process in Yemen after the war comes to an end.
He also said Yemen looks forward to Chinese investments in the oil and gas sector and to building a Yemeni-Chinese partnership in various fields.
