ADEN - SABA
A network of several Yemeni NGOs has demanded that Houthi terrorists be held accountable for war crimes they commit against civilians in Yemen.
In a statement, the Aden-based Network for Rights and Freedoms condemned the shooting of a nine-year-old girl, Ruwaidah Saleh, in Taiz on Monday in the latest premeditated murder of children by Houthi snipers in the central Yemen city. "It is a crime against humanity," said the Network. "Targeting civilians is a war crime the perpetrators must be held accountable and put on the terror lists."
According to doctors, Ruwaida's critical injury, in the head, rendered her "between life and death."
