Deputy Governor of Marib Abd-Rabbu Miftah inspected Monday the ongoing work in Joub Power Plant, which will cover Jouba districts, Murad Mountain, Rahaba, Mahiliah and Abdia areas.
Miftah was briefed by Director of Electricity in Jouba Abdullah al-Bahri on the ongoing work, needs, challenges and damages hit power lines over floods.
He directed providing necessary equipment for repairing Jabal al-Sahl Road, which was swept by floods, and opening a road to the village under the mountain for helping them transporting their basic needs and easing their transportation.
He also confirmed significance of quick fixing damages hit the power network in Rahaba and Mahiliah districts and working on providing necessary support to manage the plant for improving the network.
The Deputy Governor of Marib Miftah inspected also the plant of filling cooking gas cylinders. The plant covers six districts; Jouba, Harib, al-Jabal, al-Rahaba, Mahilia and Abdia.
Meeting with concerned officials in these areas and Director of the Plant Ali Al-Qadhi, Miftah discussed the ongoing work in the plant and problems facing its operation.
