Government condemns Houthi militia's rocket attacks on Saudi cities
[23/06/2020 07:31]

ADEN - SABA
The Yemeni government condemned in the strongest terms the renewed drones and ballistic missiles attacks on Saudi cities by the Houthi militia.

The government spokesman, Rajeh Badi, said that these attacks reveal the reality of these terrorist militias and their allegations of peace and put them at stake in front of regional and international public opinion.

The government affirmed its support for the brothers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its absolute support of the Kingdom’s right to defend itself and confront the terrorist Houthi militia supported by Iran.

The government affirms that the continuation of these attacks repeatedly against the brothers in the Kingdom confirms the fact that these militias are now operating as an arm of the Revolutionary Guards and a tool of its tools in the region.

Badi pointed out that the continuation of attacks against Saudi cities reveals the intentions of these criminal militias towards the peace efforts sponsored by the United Nations, efforts that these militias did not believe in at any day, and were only met by more escalation and crimes against civilians.

The government called on the United Nations and the international community to condemn these attacks and crimes and to force the coup militias to stop targeting cities, complexes, and civilian facilities inside Yemen and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
