In a statement, the Network said the patients, whom the sources identified their first names by the initial (N. Mazriya and M. Wasel), are held the "Central Jail" in Sana'a.
The NGO appealed to the "international community to intervene urgently to release all the abductees in the militia-run jails without any preconditions."
More than ten thousand oppositionists to the terrorist militia were swept to jails over the past six years.
The NGO said "the responsibility is on the UN Special Envoy Martin Griffiths to force the militia to implement the past peace agreements which all provide for the release of the detainees, on top of which is the December 2018 Stockholm Agreement.
