Yemen coronavirus committee confirms three new cases in Taiz

The national Supreme Committee on Coronavirus confirmed on Monday three new infections with the novel contagion in Taiz, which raises the confirmed toll to 28 in the southwestern Yemen city.
The committee spokesman Ahmed Mansour said "eight suspected covid-19 cases were examined and three of them tested positive."
By Monday, the updates showed six cases of death and four cases of recovery from the global pandemic.
Mansour said, "Eighteen active cases are still receiving treatment in isolation centers and home isolation under the observation of medical response teams."
Taiz, which is subject to a six year siege and non-stopping military invasion attempts by the theocratic militia of Houthis, has seen a devastating impact on its health system as all the other services and aspects of life.
