Health Minister discusses with ambassadors health situation in Yemen

Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Nasser Ba’oom discussed with the ambassadors of the European Union, France and the Netherlands to Yemen the developments in the health situation in Yemen.
The Minister briefed the ambassadors on the health and humanitarian developments including the spread of epidemics in Aden and other governorates and the efforts of the government to confront them.
He stressed that the government is making all efforts according to the available capabilities to confront the coronavirus epidemic calling for concerted efforts by donors to support Yemen in facing the epidemics.
Ba'oom called for help with international experts and medical teams to participate in diagnosing the epidemics and support the Yemeni health staff in the field.
