Governor of Hodeidah Dr. al-Hassan Taher and the Norwegian Refugees Council (NRC) signed an agreement on Thursday to carry out a project of enhancing the livelihood of the farmers and fishermen in the district of Attohytah of Hodeidah governorate.
The project is intended to improve the food security of the families in need through providing the tools and equipment of agricultural and fishery production in the district.
