Prime Minister arrives in United Arab Emirates on official visit
Prime Minister Salem Saleh bin Braik arrived Wednesday in the Emirati capital Abu Dhabi on an official visit in response to an invitation from the leadership of the sisterly United Arab Emirates.

WB allocates $30mln to support Yemen's efforts against locusts

The World Bank (WB) has allotted $30 million to support the Yemeni government's effortss against the locusts.
A joint team from the two ministries of Planning and Agriculture has been working in cooperation with experts from the (WB) on an outline framework of Anti-Locusts Program in Yemen.
The program intended to provide interventions include Response to Emergencies to control locusts, improve early warning system, improve likelihoods and enhance the response.
