Yemen's Prime Minister praised the sacrifices of Yemeni women in defending freedom and dignity against Houthis.
In a statement on the occasion of the International Women's Day, on Sunday, Maeen Abdulmalik said the Yemeni women are "offering huge sacrifices" while defending the values of freedom and dignity and standing to all forms of Houthi oppression and abuse."
He said the Yemeni women are also suffering greatly (on the humanitarian level) as a result of "the war that the Houthi theocratic militia triggered" years ago.
He paid special tribute to the "mothers, wives and daughters of the martyrs and wounded soldiers."
