The speaker of the Yemeni parliament said the Iranian negative and destabilizing role in the region poses a threat to the national security of Iran's neighboring countries.
In a political roundtable in the German capital today, Sultan al-Barakani said Yemen, after the National Dialogue of 2013-2014, was on the road of democratic transformation before the Houthis – with their dynastical ambitions – sabotaged the process, dashing the Yemeni dreams in democracy."
