Marib airport project discussed

The Governor of Marib governorate Maj.General Sultan al-Arradah convened a meeting on Saturday included the Commander of Saudi-led Arab Coalition Forces in Marib Maj. General Abdulhameed al-Mazini and Director of Transport in the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction in Yemen (SPDRY).

The session intended to discuss the SPDRY's action plan to get the project of establishing Marib international airport accomplished.

The Governor voiced gratitude and appreciation for Saudi Arabia's support for the Yemeni people and the legitimate government in different fields.

For their parts, the Commander of Arab Coalition Forces and Director of Transport in the SPDRY confirmed the interest of the Saudi leadership in the governorate of Marib and its development and stablity.
