Prime Minister Ma'een Abdulmalik and Governor of Taiz Nabil Shamsan discussed Monday latest situations in the province and efforts for realizing security and stability, activating institutions and improving basic services.
The two parties also discussed military developments and the ongoing military operations for liberating the remaining areas of Taiz from Houthi militia.
Prime Minister was briefed by Taiz governor on the province's needs of projects and services, especially urgent ones; infrastructure, health, education, electricity, roads and water and sanitation.
Situations of the injured and families of the martyrs were also tackled.
Prime Minister praised efforts exerted by sons of Taiz for deterring Iran-backed Houthi militia's agenda, confirming support of the government to the national army and the people's resistance until liberating all areas of Taiz and lifting the siege imposed by Houthi militia on it.
Prime Minister stressed doubling efforts of activating and organizing the state's institutions, improving services, meeting people's needs and taking care of the injured people and families of martyrs.
