Vice President Ali Mohsen Saleh arrived in the Spanish capital on Sunday evening where, on President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi's behalf, he will participate in COP25, a UN climate conference meant to tackle global climate challenges.
The conference begins on Monday in a trade fair park in the Spanish capital.
