MASAM pulls out 1.611 Houthi laid landmines in November

KSrelief Center Demining Project in Yemen (MASAM) managed to remove 1.611 landmines in the third week of November 2019. These amount of landmines planted by Iran-allied Houthi rebel militia in different Yemeni regions.
In a statement published by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) KSrelief Center reported that 12 anti-personnel landmines, 492 anti-tanks and 1.092 UXOs and 15 explosive devices were pulled out in the third week of last month.
As many as 107.006 of landmines were demined until now since MASAM commenced its mission, according to KSrelief Center.
