Chief of Supreme Judicial Council inspects court business in Aden

The chief of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Dr. Ali Nasser Salim, on Wednesday inspected the function of the Court of Appeal in the interim capital Aden after its rehabilitation from significant damage left by the Houthi war during the invasion of Aden in 2015.
Salim was briefed by President of the Court of Appeal, Judge Fahim Abdullah Al-Hadrami, and a number of judges on the progress of work and efforts to resolve lawsuits and streamlining legal proceedings.
Salim praised the efforts exerted by the judges in these difficult circumstances that our country is going through.
He also visited Sira Court of First Instance and the Commercial Court in Aden.
He said that the Council will work with security authorities to provide the necessary protection for judges to work in normal conditions and perform their role in the best way to achieve justice for all.
