Hadi receives congratulations from Kuwait's Emir on Riyadh Agreement

President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi received a cable of congratulations on Thursday from the Emir of Kuwait Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the arrival of the Yemeni government and the Southern Transitional Council at a power-sharing agreement signed in the Saudi capital Riyadh on Tuesday.
"I am delighted to express to you my sincere congratulations on the occasion of signing the Riyadh Agreement … as an acceptance of a generous call from Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and upon the patronage of his Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz," read the cable.
The Kuwait Emir expressed his hopes that the deal will "unify the Yemeni ranks and reach a solution to differences in what promotes security and stability in the Republic of Yemen."
