Fatah: OCHA showed readiness to provide emergency help over Cyclone Kiyar

The Office for Coordination of Human Rights Affairs in Yemen (OCHA) has confirmed readiness to help facing any emergent case over the expected Cyclone Kiyar from its offices in Hadhramout, Mahra and Socotra.
Minister of Local Administration, the Head of the Supreme Relief Committee Abdulraqeeb Fatah told Saba they talked with OCHA and other organizations in Yemen to make plans and prepare practical measures for quick interventions and providing humanitarian aid in provinces expected to be affected by the cyclone.
He confirmed that any shortage in food and humanitarian materials will be covered from the transitional capital Aden.
Earlier, Minister Fatah directed governors and the supreme relief committee's branches to coordinate with international organizations and provide all necessary support for facing any emergency resulting from the cyclone.
