Minister of Information Muamer al-Iryani repudiated false news circulated by some media outlets that the government has refused to sign Riyadh's agreement. He stated that such disinformation aiming to mislead the public opinion; calling for reacting positively to the agreement refrain from politically motivated quarrels.
In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), al-Iryani said " Riyadh's agreement initially signed last week by Deputy Prime Minister Dr Salim al-Khanbashi per President Hadi's instructions".
He added that " The underway arrangements are routinely protocols, moreover the brethren in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the sponsors of the agreement, are keen to engage all southern actors".
The Minister deeply appreciated significant efforts have been made by Saudi Arabia leadership to help the Yemeni peoples managing the challenges they have been faced by.
