Health Minister directs readiness to face Cyclone Kiyar

Minister of Public Health and Population Nasser Ba'om directed Monday hospitals and health facilities in coastal areas to be in a state of readiness for facing any effects over Cyclone Kiyar.
He stressed coordination between different health sector cadres and with other relevant institutions and providing emergency sections with necessary medical equipment and making a plan for distributing ambulance cars across coastal districts.
Ba'om called for notifying the Ministry of Health's operational rooms in the transitional capital Aden on any cases -God forbid- thorough emergency number 195 asking almighty God to keep Yemen away of any bad incident.
