RIYADH-SABA
Yemen's Foreign Minister said the international community should not keep ignoring the Houthi maximalism in rejecting and evading the Hodeidah Agreement.

In a meeting with the UN peace mediator Martin Griffiths here Thursday, Mohammed al-Hadhrami said the government's representatives in the Joint Redeployment Coordination Committee are reacting positively and honoring their end of the ceasefire agreement in the red Sea port city.

He said the government would not engage in any more talks with the rebel militia unless they first honor the Stockholm Agreement of December 2018.

He voiced the government's support to Griffiths' efforts for brokering a permanent political solution in line with the respective terms of reference; the GCC Initiative of 2011, the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference of 2014 and the UN Security resolution 2216 of the year 2015.
