Parliament Speaker Sultan al-Barakani and the accompanying delegation arrived here on Friday for participation in the 141st Round's meetings of the General Assembly of International Parliament Union, which will be held on October 13-17.
Al-Barakani will deliver Yemen's speech in the general discussion of the IPU and will meet with a number of parliament speakers from different countries for discussing bilateral relations with their countries and latest developments in Yemen.
