Yemen is participating in the 70th session of the Executive Board of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), which will take place from 7-11 October 2019, at the United Nations Palace, with a delegation headed by Yemen's Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Geneva, Dr. Ali Mujawar.
Yemen is a key member of UNHCR's Executive Board.
The conference aims at discussing many issues affecting refugees and displaced persons, the extent of difficulties they face and ways of protecting and integrating refugees in the daily life of host countries.
