In a panel discussion at cultural center in Brussels, Al-Rabiah affirmed Saudi Arabia's keenness to provide humanitarian aid in a transparent and impartial manner to all regions of Yemen.
He explained that humanitarian work faces many challenges and difficulties represented by the Iranian-backed Houthi militia's violations against humanitarian activity in Yemen, including by seizure of aid ships and convoys, and intimidation of humanitarian workers.
