Yemen's Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Mansour Bajjash has deplored the insistence of some countries to extend the mandate of the international Group of Imminent Experts in Yemen despite the experts' impartiality.
In a meeting with the ambassador of Burkina Faso to Yemen here today, Bajjash said this is a form of politicizing the human rights dossier and intrusion in Yemen's internal affairs.
Yemen accused the experts last year of going too far in their bias as their report magnified the government's minor and unintended abuses while covering up the genocides of the terrorist Houthi militia.
