Yemens rebel Houthi militia committed 363 human rights violations in in seven Yemeni provinces in one week, a human rights network has unveiled.

The Yemeni Network for Human Rights and Freedoms said the Iran-backed militia roiling the country in a five-year-long war to now killed 34 civilians, injured 36 others among other violations in Hodeidah, Taiz, Ibb, Beidha, Hajjah, Dhale'a, and Amran from August 25 to September 2, 2019.

The network said their field observers documented "12 cases of abduction and enforced disappearances … Houthi forcing of 50 families to assign their children to join the warfronts", 19 cases of storming and searching houses, burning one house, seizing real estates of oppositionists, eleven abuses of healthcare centers including closure of eight hospitals in Sana'a, dismissing 122 teachers from public jobs, and transporting arms depots into city neighborhoods including basements of mosques.
