Yemen's Ambassador to Egypt Mohammed Marem and the assistant Deputy Foreign Minister of Egypt for Arab Affairs Mohammed al-Badri discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries.
Ambassador Marem handed al-Badri a copy of the statements issued by Yemen's Foreign Ministry regarding the coup of the Southern Transitional Council militia in Aden. He said that what happened in the temporary capital serves only the Houthi coup militia and the Iranian destabilizing project in the region.
Marem reiterated Yemen's appreciation for Egypt's fraternal support for Yemen's internationally recognized government and President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi.
