Prime Minister Maeen Abdulmalik said it is imperative that the UN, names the Houthis in no uncertain terms as obstructers of humanitarian aid works.
In a meeting with the Humanitarian Coordinator Lisa Grande here on Tuesday, Abdulmalik touted the World Food Program's recent measures against Houthi misuse of aid and frank blame of the rebel militia for diverting food aid away from the intended recipients.
The two officials discussed the difficulties facing the UN humanitarian relief aid work and the ongoing coordination with the government to maintain a smooth delivery of aid in the government-held territories.
