Minister of Local Administration—Chairman of High Relief Committee—Abduraqeeb Fatah met Sunday in the temporary capital Aden with the Representative of the World Food Program (WFP) Mohammed Ali Mahmood.
The discussions intended to explore immediate interventions by the WFP to offer the urgently needed hand of help to the populations who have been affected by the torrential rainfalls and floods swept recently the temporary capital Aden and surrounding regions.
Conversations also touched upon final arrangements to receive first shipment of South Korea's food aids that is estimated at 19 thousand tons of rice.
