Emergent Arab Summit commences activities in Mecca

The Arab Emergent Summit held at Assafa Palace here and called by King Salman Bin Abdul-Aziz commenced activities on Friday with participation of President Abd-Rabbo Mansour Hadi.

Inaugurating the summit, King Salman said they are convening today for tackling exceptional challenges threatening Arab security and regional and international security and stability, as well as international navigation and stability of international economy.

"Palestinian Issue remains our first issue until Palestinian people gets it seized rights and establishing its independent state with Eastern Quds is its capital, in accordance to related international resolutions and Arab Initiative for Peace," he said.

He confirmed that Arab Nation is facing today threat to its Arab security represented in sabotage acts targeted trade ships near regional waters of the United Arab Emirates and targeted also two pumping oil stations in Saudi Arabia by terrorist militias baked by Iran.

He stressed that reluctant of taking serious action against Iranian terrorist practices in the region made it carrying out more escalations.

Saudi hand will continue to be extended for cooperation and negotiation with the regional states and the world for realizing development and prosperity and realizing permanent peace in the region, including Iranian people, he said.
