Yemen has condemned Sunday's sabotage attack against four commercial cargo vessels near the UAE's territorial waters.
"These acts represent a direct threat to the regional and global peace and security," read a statement released by Yemen's foreign ministry. "The one behind them (the attacks) aims to destabilize the region and undermine the safety and security of the brotherly UAE," said the statement affirming Yemen's commitment to stand by the side of the leadership and people of the brotherly Gulf state.The statement stressed the imperative of holding the perpetrator entity accountable for such a cowardly attack.
