Prime Minister DrMa'eenAbdulmalik presided over a meeting included senior officials of Ministry of Electricity and General Corporate of Electricity.

The meeting aimed to discuss action—plans that can help accelerating carrying out government's urgent plans aimed to improve total capacity of power generate stations.

Projects under constructions, strategy and action-plans that can help addressing power shortages were also discussed.

The Prime Minister urged redoubling efforts to get electricity projects in progress accomplished as soon as possible in order to cope with the increasingly growing demands for power, particularity during the summer times.
