Deputy Premier, the Interior Minister Ahmed al-Maysari has raised the issue of setbacks Houthis put in the road to peace in Yemen during a meeting with the German ambassador to Yemen Carola Muller-Holtkemper here on Tuesday.
In their discussions of Yemen's political and security developments, al-Maysari said the coupist militia are refusing to keep up their end of the Stockholm Agreement and hindering the efforts of the Yemeni government and international community to deliver relief aid to the Yemeni people.
He said the Yemeni government has been offering many concessions and seeking peace to end the conflict and subsequently the suffering of the Yemeni people.
He called upon the international community to pressure the militia to honor the agreement and comply with the various UN Security Council resolutions they have disregarded.
