Houthi militia commits 8 thousands of violations against villagers in Hajur of Hajah

Center of Information and Training for Human Rights (CITHR) has managed to document 8 thousands cases of violations committed by the putschist Houthi militia against the civilians in the district of Kushar and Hajur region of Hajah governorate during the past couple of months.

In a seminar the CITHR held Monday here in Cairo about human rights in Yemen themed" Hajur a continuing catastrophe", the Center stated that Houthi militiamen killed 213 civilians among of them 24 children, 32 women, and hurt 496 more including 38 child and 63 women.

The Center reported it has documented 176 cases of kidnapping and enforced disappearances carried out by the putschist Houthi militia. While 2660 families have been displaced by the militia, some 4856 of families also have become IDP as a result of the militia's military operations against the villagers.

The Center noted that the militiamen detonated and vandalized 150 of the villagers' prosperities among of them 75 houses. 20 thousands of pupils were preventing from schooling in Hajur where 45 schools came under shelling, 8 schools were turned into military barracks . 8 markets were destroyed, 35 truck ruined, 186 of the peasants' farms were put under the militiamen control, 45 more were damaged.
