Yemen's ambassador to the Netherlands said the Houthi militia exploited the UN-brokered truce in Hodeidah to fight in another front and commit genocides against civilians of Hajoor in northern Yemen.
Sahar Ghanem told Dutch foreign ministry officials, reporters and international activists in a meeting today that while the government has been seeking a serious political solution and working to alleviate the humanitarian crisis even where the Houthis control and use revenues to finance the war, the rebel militia have been committing systematic violations against the Yemeni civilians.
The rebel militia stormed the villages of Hajoor tribesmen in Yemen's northern Hajjah massacring civilian oppositionists, forcing them to flee and blowing up houses.
