The Supreme Judiciary Council has sacked the Houthi appointed "members of the Higher Committee for Elections and Referendum" for accepting an illegal nomination from a rebel group. The Council also filed a lawsuit against them to its Accountability arm.
In the same (routine) session, the Council considered a proposal by the Judicial Inspection Authority to fill vacant position in the Appeal Court and primary courts of Taiz.
