Minister of Local Administration, the Head of the Supreme Relief Committee, Abdulraqeeb Fatah has confirmed keenness of the Political Leadership on providing support and help to activities of the local authorities to boost stability and meeting people's needs.
During a meeting for deputies and general directors of local administration authority he chaired here on Sunday, the minister stressed significance of communications and coordination with local authorities in provinces and reporting on performance of the executive offices and obstacles facing them to be supported to continue their duties serving citizens.
He was acquainted with the complete plan on field visits to provinces to be carried out soon in the future for supporting efforts of local authorities in province of Shabwa, Mareb, Jawf, Hadhramout and Suqatra.
The meeting tackled topics included in its agenda and stressed improving and updating the ministry's work.
He also listened to field visit committee's report on their visits to provinces of Lahj, Abyan, Dhale', Aden and Taiz.
The meeting discussed the training plan, which has been approved within the 100-day training of local administration cadre and will be implemented with participation of the World Food Program and support of donors.
