Prime Minister Salem Saleh bin Braik arrived Wednesday in the Emirati capital Abu Dhabi on an official visit in response to an invitation from the leadership of the sisterly United Arab Emirates.

Social Affairs Ministry, Federation of Chambers of Commerce discuss cooperation

Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Ebtihaj al-Kamal, and the Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry Abu Bakr Baabid discussed ways to activate cooperation between the Ministry and the Federation in various aspects.
The minister stressed the need for a mechanism of communication between the three parties, namely the government, employers and workers, as well as the need to activate the labor law to ensure the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of all three parties.
She pointed out that the Ministry has revitalized arbitration committees in all the liberated provinces to resolve conflicts between the private sector employers and their employees.
