[20/02/2019 05:50]

ADEN-SABA
Yemen's political parties have called upon human rights organizations and the UN subsidiary agencies to condemn the criminal military escalation by the Houthi militia against civilians in tribal regions.

In a joint statement on Wednesday, the GPC, the Islah, the Yemen Socialist Party and seven other parties deplored the Houthi laying of siege against the tribal regions of Hajoor in northern Yemen and al-Husha in the south and shelling of those regions in a barbaric way with various heavy weaponry.

The parties called on the humanitarian aid organizations to rush to the rescue of the hundreds of besieged civilians with food, medicines and by finding safe exits for them outside their hometowns.
