Chief of Staff of the Yemeni army Abdullah al-Nokhaee has followed up on the latest developments in Hodeidah warfront pitting the armed forces against the Iran-backed Houthis.
In a meeting with Hodeidah governor Al-Hassan Taher said Hodeidah and the larger region of Tihama are set to have a new future after the defeat of the theocratic Imamite militia. The failure of the Houthi dynastical ambitions will also set the scene for a modern federal Yemen based on justice and equality.
He appreciated the efforts of the Arab Coalition in backing the Yemeni government and army against the militia in different warfronts.
