Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Nizar Ba-Suhaib singed on Monday the basic agreement with Representative of Doctors Across Continents (DAC) Haitham Ahmad on carrying out health projects in Yemen.
According to the agreement, the organization will carry out two programs; limbs center project in Aden and Hemodialysis Center in Dhale'.
The treaty states that the organization will operate from its office in Aden for implementing its programs and projects in different provinces. Its activities include implementing integrated care program of childhood diseases, programs of severe malnutrition and nutrition surveys.
The treaty also includes carrying out breastfeeding program, monitoring distribution of natural milk alternatives in accordance with international principles, reproductive health, chronic diseases, anti-polio vaccinations and rehabilitating artificial limbs.
Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Nizarba-Suhaib discussed with representatives of a number of international organizations implementing a number of projects in different development and humanitarian fields.
